Q - Do you offer overseas shipping?
A - Yes! However, due to really expensive shipping costs, orders outside of the UK are limited to either two small pieces of pottery or one large piece. Overseas shipping is automatically sent tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.
Q - When will my parcel arrive?
A- All items are posted within 5 working days and I use Royal Mail.
Q - What if my item arrives damaged?
A - I do my very best to ensure that all pieces are wrapped and packaged well, so breakages are unlikely. However should this happen, I will be more than happy to replace your item ASAP. Please note, you must contact me as soon as you receive your item. I will not accept any returns days or weeks after the item has arrived.
Q - Do you offer gift wrapping services?
A - All of my pottery automatically gets gift wrapped even if it's not a gift. Everyone loves opening pretty packages, right?
Q - Is your pottery dishwasher, microwave and oven safe?
A - Ideally all of my pottery needs to be hand washed. It can go in the dishwasher but it won't be good for the glaze. The same goes for the oven and microwave. Extreme heat and harsh chemicals are not good for my handmade ceramics.
Q - Are your glazes food safe?
A - Yes all of my glazes are food safe. If I ever use a glaze that isn't food safe then I will detail this in the product listing.
Q - Do you take custom orders?
A - Unfortunately I don't, sorry. If I accepted lots of custom orders then I wouldn't have time to make the things I love.
Q - Do you offer wholesale?
A - This depends. Shops and galleries are always welcome to message me but I only accept a number of wholesale orders per year.
Q - I have never made anything with clay before, are your throwing lessons suitable for me?
A - Absolutely yes, my lessons are suitable for beginners.
Q - What times do you offer pottery lesson?
A - This will vary depending on my availability but mainly in the evenings from 6pm and Saturday day time.
